1988 - The Seed of Resilience
Our founder, Vicki Wu, arrives in Australia as a young migrant. This early journey of rebuilding from scratch planted the seeds of resilience, adaptability, and the deep-seated value of human connection that now defines our movement.
2017 - A Foundation of Faith & Skill
Guided by her faith, Vicki became a certified NLP coach, discovering the power of language to transform lives. This period built the human-centric principles and the spiritual foundation for her future mission.
2018 - The "Glorious Glitch"
Feeling overwhelmed as a mumpreneur, Vicki discovered AI. Tools like Canva, Grammarly and Jasper.ai became her lifeline, helping her write content, build her business, and restore her confidence as a non-native English speaker. This was the "Glorious Glitch"—the moment technology became a divine gift and a true partner.
Late 2024 - The Bus Driver™ is Born
After years of partnership with AI, the personal transformation crystallised into a core methodology. The Bus Driver™ Philosophy was created as a universal framework to empower anyone to take the wheel of their life and lead with purpose.
2025 - AI Kindred Families Launches
The personal philosophy becomes a global movement. AI Kindred Families is launched to share these powerful tools and strategies with the world, empowering families and organisations to navigate the future with wisdom and heart.
